First, I got a job! Two days a week, one day at home, one day at the office. It isn't my dream work, but it is paid. This makes me happy, as it means that I can buy pretty shoes, and have my hair cut. YAY!!!!!

Second, does anyone know of a field in South Herts/North London I could hire to put a marquee? A long shot I know, but worth a try! (this is for my handfasting next summer - proving harder than I thought to organise. I wanted a picnic and some live music, but as warned by many, the whole thing is sprirlling into something bigger).

I'm looking for junior project management positions in the North East. Or, at this point, anything in the NE that doesn't insult my intelligence. There is just nothing in the jobs paper right now.

The internet searches are finding one or two positions. In Bristol. Or Woking. Nothing further north than Leeds... I'm clearly living in the wrong part of the country right now, but buggered if I'm going back to London.

Heh I'm a project manager by trade. It's ironic, because last time I was looking for a PM job, they were all over the North, and I didn't want to move from London. I hope the right things start turning up soon, things have got to start moving again.
